What's Your Favorite Fall Cookie Cutter?

What's Your Favorite Fall Cookie Cutter?

Did you see that wonderful cookie art in the graphic?  Look at those lovely warm colors, the sparkle, and the details like the little stalks of hay and the writing on the truck.

We recently partnered with JosLynn to bring you inspiration for your fall baking and decorating.  In her words, "I'm a wife and a momma to one beautiful little girl. I grew up in the kitchen with my loving nana, the women who shared her love for baking with me. Truly making me who I am today. I would not be here right now if it wasn't for her loving heart, her patience, and the joy we shared as a family baking together."

You may have noticed that's what we're all about here at Family Cookie Cutters, too; bringing the family together to teach time-honored values, make memories, begin or continue traditions, and strengthen the bonds of kinship.

Do your cookies have to look like Jae's, as she says we can call her?

I certainly hope not, as my artistic talent falls woefully short of hers.

We can try, and the moments spent in the kitchen are most important.  Family Cookie Cutters would like to help you, so we designed October's giveaway with over 100 tools for practicing and honing cookie decorating skills.

Included in the basket are a 100 piece set of icing bags and tips, cowboy boot and hat cookie cutters with stencils to match, two depths of stencil holders with six clips, a 7 inch cookie turntable with nonslip mat and a handcrafted blingy scribe made by Liana (pumpkins too if you wish :)).

How do I enter, you ask?  Good question!  Entering is super simple; just answer the following question in the comment section at the bottom of this page:  What is your favorite fall cookie cutter?  Feel free to wax poetic about your favorite fall activities and/or family adventures as well.  One person will receive the prize. You can enter once. Please review all Terms and Conditions of the giveaway page before entering. While we wish we could run this contest everywhere, for legal reasons it is only open to residents of the U.S. over 18 years of age, not including Rhode Island.  We look forward to reading your suggestions!

Would you like to partner with us like Jae did?  Great!  Our Artisan Page describes ways we can promote you and your work to grow both our businesses, and our brand-spanking-new Affiliate Page has even more ways we can work together!

Happy fall, y'all!!

My favorites are the fall leaves and pumpkins! My family loves to bake and decorate! With the pumpkin we can get creative and put scary or spooky faces on them. That old fashion truck is so cute – that would be a fun one to add to the festive arrangement of cookies. None of us are as good at it as Jae’s but practice makes perfect! Fall is our favorite season and it so fun to have cookies to share with the seniors in our community!

I love the leaf cookie cutter. Next to the pumpkin, colorful leaves are the marker of fall. It’s so much fun to make a swirling colorful design on the leaf cutters! It’s a wonderful representation of fall!

Pumpkin cookie cutter is my favorite because you can be very creative with each one.
