Look what Korey did!! She took one of our new bundles and showed us how to use these cutters all year for holidays, special celebrations and (one of my favorites) flips!!
First up, we have the heart for Valentine's Day. Korey decorated the cookie with a classic red and outlined it with an elegant loop in the cover picture, then inverted the colors on another cookie. She also flipped this cutter to make a palm leaf.
The palm-leaf cookie would pair beautifully with the "wild one" theme she also created for a one-year-old's birthday.
Next on our calendar is St. Patrick's Day, and her shamrock makes me want to go look for four-leaf clovers!
After St. Paddy's comes Easter, and look at these gorgeous eggs!!
With a little imagination, the possibilities are endless!
Sunflowers make us think of long, warm summer days and lots of blooming things! Korey flips this cutter, too, and brings a little sunshine into our lives. Sunflower cookies can be used for baby/bridal showers, birthdays or any of the handful of summer holidays we all enjoy.
Our flag can be used for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans' Day or any time we're feeling patriotic. With the inspiration we've received from our cookie artist, we may make some for our Marine when he comes home!
Our leaf cutter can be used for any season or celebration, whether we're excited about the first green buds of spring or delighting in fall's splendor.
Leaves and pumpkins are a popular fall theme, and we have those, too!
As we move on through fall, we come to Thanksgiving, everyone's favorite for stuffing ourselves silly. We definitely need cookies for the occasion!
Last but not least is my personal favorite for gathering everyone in the kitchen to bake, Christmas. It's a noisy, chaotic, warm, fun time with laughter ringing through our home. We hope you are able to enjoy the same.
